	The C. Lyle Strand Physical Plant Building This building was named in honor of C. Lyle Strand, Physical Plant Director from 1957-1978. The building was constructed in 1970. Location The Physical Plant Offices are located in the Strand Building on the north side of campus, next to Haviland Hall. Office Hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday Physical Plant can be contacted at 330.471.8258. Campus Safety can be reached 24 hours a day at 330.471.8111. On-campus Extension 8111	Student Parking Permits are available at the Physical Plant Office Weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 pm. August 1 - 29, 2008 the permit cost is $40.00 Starting Sept 2, 2008 the permit cost is $50.00 (this includes a $10.00 Late Registration Fee)
