Financial Services

Payments for online courses may be made in several ways:

In Person	Payment may be made in the Business Office Located in Founders Hall. Please refer to the Business Office website.
Credit Card	Call (330) 471-8423 or (800) 867-6267 or use the automated Pay By Phone message system at 330-471-8117.
Check, Cashiers Check, or Money Order	Please mail to: Malone College Business Office 515 25th St NW Canton OH 44709
Company Reimbursement	Students expecting company reimbursement for online courses must contact the Malone College Online Registrar to qualify. You may reach the Online Registrar at (330) 471-8423, (800) 867-6267, or send an email to registrar@malone-online.org.
Financial Aid	Please contact the Financial Aid Office to confirm eligibility at (330) 471-8159, (800) 521-1146, or send an email to finaid@malone.edu.

Students will not have access to their online course(s) and are subject to registration cancellation if financial responsibilities have not been satisfied.
