Support Services

Welcome to the Malone College Support Services page. It is our pleasure to serve you as you progress through your educational experience. We divide our support services into two areas, Educational Services and Technical Support. In order to have your needs served quickly and efficiently please direct your questions to the appropriate support area. If you are unsure of where to direct your questions, please contact the Distributed Learning Office.

Educational questions and issues are initially handled by our Distributed Learning Program Coordinator, Ms. Sharon Purvis. Sharon will help resolve your issue or direct your question to the proper Malone College staff. Sharon's contact information is:

Technical Support is primarily handled by our educational partner, eCollege, through the Malone College Help Desk. Technical support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Help Desk contact information is:
