Walkersville’s Meghan Miller To Compete In Track & Field At Malone CollegeMeghan Miller, of Walkersville, Maryland and a 2008 graduate of Walkersville High School, has recently signed a national letter of intent to attend Malone College this fall and compete in pole vault and hurdles events for the women’s track & field team.
Miller lettered four years in indoor track & field, four years in outdoor track & field, and one year in volleyball for the Lions. She collected Walkersville’s team MVP awards for both indoor and outdoor track & field and concluded her high school career holding numerous Lion records for sprint, hurdle and pole vault events.
Miller also excelled in the classroom as a four-year member of the Honor Roll. She is the daughter of Alan and Jean Miller of 205 Wellesley Court, Walkersville and plans to major in Exercise Science at Malone. |
