Sequoyah's Marcie Basiletti To Play Golf At Malone College

Marcie Basiletti, of Woodstock, Georgia and a 2008 graduate of Sequoyah High School, recently signed a national letter of intent to attend Malone College this fall and play golf for the Pioneers.
 
Basiletti lettered three years in golf while at Sequoyah and helped the Chiefs capture county and regional titles this past spring.  Her squad later went on to compete at the 2008 GHSA State Golf Championships where it claimed a fourth-place finish in Class AAAA. 
 
Basiletti is currently undecided as to her intended major at Malone.  She is the daughter of Santi and Claudia Basiletti of 7774 Turner Rd., Woodstock.
