Biography
I dedicated 34 years to public education, serving as both a teacher and administrator at various levels. I have a deep passion for teaching and learning and feel fortunate to continue contributing in the field of higher education. A scripture that holds great meaning in my life is Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Putting my trust in God's plan has opened doors to opportunities and blessings beyond what I could have imagined on my own. My husband, Eric, and I have raised two children, Matthew and Macy. In my spare time, I enjoy working in our yard, indulging in reading, and taking our dog for walks in nearby parks. When the weather keeps me indoors, I spend time crafting handmade card sets as gifts for others.
