Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining comprehensive, action-oriented enrollment strategies that will position Malone University as a faith-based university of choice.  This position also directs all operational areas of the Office of Admissions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops long term enrollment and retention strategies
  • Coordinates the design, implementation and maintenance of Salesforce and other critical technologies
  • Manages updates and upgrades to the system for each enrollment cycle, including territory assignment rules and application fields
  • Contributes to the Strategic Direction of the Enrollment Management division
  • Manages the daily administrative operations of the office including data entry, file management, incoming and outgoing correspondence, ordering office supplies, overseeing inventory, storage and distribution of print materials
  • Collaborates with others regarding the processing of applications
  • Assists in updating the Admissions Procedures Manual
  • Assists in all aspects of recruitment and admission of undergraduate and graduate students
  • Researches, evaluates and recommends changes to systems and processes related to collection, reporting, and dissemination of information
  • Ensures compliance with federal and state privacy laws
  • Supports recruitment efforts utilizing predictive analytics to provide enrollment forecasting and enrollment management planning
  • Utilizes different technologies, including Salesforce, to manage and analyze data and generate reports accordingly
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education Administration, Public Administration or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of enrollment management experience
  • Experience with complex administrative data systems
  • Experience with project management and enrollment management CRMs (preferably Salesforce)

Working Conditions / Physical Demands

  • Work generally conducted in an office environment
  • Light lifting on an infrequent basis (up to 25 pounds)
