Human Resources Administrator
Job Summary
This position is responsible for administratively supporting various systems, processes and activities in the Human Resources department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Administers the HRAF process
- Administers job postings for open positions
- Conducts reference checks and background checks for new employees
- Creates, organizes and maintains employee records (electronic and hard copy)
- Coordinates and participates in the orientation process for new employees
- Creates and provides offer packets to new employees (hard copy and electronic)
- Initiates and administers the onboarding process in ADP
- Ensures job descriptions are current and up to date
- Maintains all HR communication centers
- Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience
Working Conditions / Physical Demands
- Work is typically performed in a conventional office environment
- Frequent requirement to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, see, read, speak, reach, stretch with hands and arms, crouch, kneel, climb, and stoop
- Frequent repetitive hand motion, e.g., computer keyboard, calculator, writing
- Occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull various items up to a maximum of 25 pounds
