The 5k Club

The “5K Club” will support Malone Cross Country’s rich tradition…what we call “The Long Red Line”. It represents all those who have formally run for the program, the current athletes who are wearing the jersey now, and those who will choose Malone Cross Country in the future. The “The Long Red Line” started in the 60’s, was nationally recognized after our 1972 National Championship, and has paved the “Red Line” way ever since.

• A cast aluminum plaque will be affixed to a display of members on the King Field retaining wall that is now a part of our cross country course honoring the legacy of all of those from “The Long Red Line” that competed as varsity runners
• Gifts can be made in installments over three (3) years and the plaque will be affixed once your pledge reaches the level of $2,500
• Gifts will be fully dedicated to the operational budget of Malone University Cross Country
