Senior Celebration

"Food Trucks & Senior Sweeps"
Thursday, April 24 | 4:30-6:30 p.m.
Location:  Johnson Center Dining Room
Food trucks (free for graduating seniors), giveaways, and more.  Information will be emailed to all graduates.  Cap and gown can be picked up that day from  9 a.m. - 5 p.m. in the Johnson Center Dining Room.

Graduate Recognition ceremony

Saturday, April 12 | 7 p.m.
Location:  Johnson Center, Dining Room
(By Invitation Only) This ceremony is hosted by the Provost Office for recognition of outstanding seniors in each major and honor program students.  Individuals being recognized will be notified by mail.  Reservations required.  A dessert reception will be held during the ceremony. 
 

Community Worship Honoring Graduates

Wednesday, April 30 | 10:05-10:45 a.m.
Location: Johnson Center, Worship Center
All full-time traditional undergraduate students are strongly encouraged to participate. Academic attire is NOT required.

Cap and Gown Pick-up

May 5-8 | 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. 
May 9 | 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Location:  Johnson Center, Alumni Office

An exit interview is REQUIRED prior to picking up your cap and gown. Please complete the exit interview here.

Baccalaureate

Friday, May 9 | 4 p.m.
Location:  Johnson Center, Worship Center
Student Check-in/Robing—3 p.m. in JC 107
Guest seating to begin at 3 p.m. 
Baccalaureate is a farewell service of worship for graduates (undergraduate and graduate programs) in celebration of and thanksgiving for lives dedicated to learning and wisdom.  All Malone faculty, staff, and students are welcomed to attend this service as well as family members and friends.   Livestream access is available for the ceremony.  No tickets are required. 

Commencement

Saturday May, 10 | 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
(Tickets required for 10 a.m. service)
Location: Johnson Center, Worship Center
Student Check-in/Robing—
8:30 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. in JC 107
Guest Seating to begin at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.  Please enter from the Cleveland Avenue entrances.  All other campus entrances will be closed for the services.
 
Commencement Ceremonies—
10:00 a.m. (Undergraduate, Degree Completion, and Associate of Arts) *Tickets Required*
2 p.m. (Graduate Programs) No Tickets Required
 
All graduates will be recognized during the Commencement ceremonies.  Graduate Hooding will be included in the 2 p.m. service.
 
Academic attire REQUIRED, smart business casual is recommended. Graduate robes must be fully zipped close for all processions and services.
