Malone is once again recognized as one of the best colleges in the Midwest by U. S. News & World Report in the magazine’s annual ranking of best colleges in the country. Malone was recognized in the listing of the Best Regional Universities in the Midwest (#71) and Best Regional Universities for Social Mobility (#53).

The Hoover Foundation has made a gift of $750,000 to Malone University in support of the institution’s Pioneer Park multi-field athletic complex project.

The Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) recently announced that Beth Clark-Thomas, professor of education emerita, was the recipient of the 2019-20 Faculty Mentor of the Year award.
