ADMISSIONS

Position: President's Ambassadors

Job Description:  Assist the admissions office in the recruitment process by helping with personalized campus visits, campus events, and office work.

Personalized Campus Visits and Campus Events: guide campus tours, walk prospective students to meetings and class visits, each lunch with prospects, speak at events on a student panel, play games with prospects, potentially be JW Scout at events, and other duties as assigned.

Office Work: data entry, assist with event prep and post-event work, write postcards, prepare mailings, make external phone calls to prospects regarding topics such as event invites and student stage-related conversations, cover the front desk (including answering incoming phone calls) as needed, and other duties as assigned.

Position: Donor Engagement Assistant

Job Description: Working with confidential information to cultivate and steward donors, including asking for renewed, new or increased donations, keeping accurate records of The Malone Fund campaign and event invitation calls, updating donors records, assisting with events including preparation, setup and engaging with participants, preparing outgoing mailings, and other clerical duties as needed.

This position is a fun and exciting way for Malone students to interact with alumni and friends of the University and will enhance student’s communication skills and provide excellent experience for their resumes.

Job Description: Working with confidential information to engage Malone Alumni through social media (creating posts, interacting with posts, and sharing stories), creating newsletter content, and finding or taking photos. Will also include reaching out to alumni for updates or stories, helping with events (including: set up, registration, welcoming guests, and tear down), researching and stocking giveaway items for constituent groups, preparing outgoing mailings, and other clerical duties as needed. Campus Safety Assistant-Gate House Monitor

Job Description: Assists with day-to-day operations of Campus Safety. Accomplishes this in conjunction with and under the direction of the Director of Campus Safety & Chief Student Affairs Officer.
